South Carolina - does not have a specific do not call registry.

South Dakota - recently enacted a law that will adopt the National Do Not Call Registry as the state do not call list. As a result, South Dakota consumers will be able to register once, with the national registry

Tennessee - will not share the numbers on its existing state do not call list with the national registry. As a result, Tennessee consumers who want their number on the National Do Not Call Registry must register with it.

Texas - will not share the numbers on its existing state do not call list with the national registry. As a result, Texas consumers who want their number on the National Do Not Call Registry must register with it

Utah - Planned state do-not-call list.  It is not stated if it is coordinated with the national list

Vermont - will not share the numbers from its existing state do not call list with the national registry. Vermont consumers who want their number on the National Do Not Call Registry must register with the national registry. However, Vermont will adopt the National Do Not Call Registry in place of its existing state do not call list.

Virginia - does not have a specific do not call registry.

Washington - does not have a specific do not call registry.

West Virginia - does not have a specific do not call registry.

Wisconsin - will not share the numbers on its existing state do not call list with the national registry. As a result, Wisconsin consumers who want their number on the National Do Not Call Registry must register with it

Wyoming - will not share the numbers on its existing state do not call list with the national registry. As a result, Wyoming consumers who want their number on the National Do Not Call Registry must register with it
